During these workshops, we'll create a week by week foundation to help you develop and understand nutrition habits to achieve your goals.
These workshops will give you the skills to calculate the calories you need to maintain where you are now and how to go on a deficit or surplus to achieve your objectives. You'll better understand the different roles of the macronutrients: proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as well as micronutrients and fiber. We'll delve into what to do when you hit a plateau and how to integrate your lifestyle into your fitness goals (no more saying hard no to a glass of wine and/or desserts ;)). We'll go through meal prep sessions through batch cooking where you'll receive a weekly shopping list to prepare for each workshop. What you'll need to prepare for these workshops:
